Please note that the international fees (Activity Membership, Participation Fee and Public Liability Insurance) will be collected by the IO through the regular invoicing system. Thus, IO will invoice the NAs as they do with all other Programmes. If you wonder how much those fees are, have a look at Info File C-10.

Insurance
It is your personal responsibility to obtain health / accident insurance valid in Germany and whatever other coverage you feel is necessary. CISV International provides all international participants with AON global excess travel insurance policy at no charge (with the first £15,000 as a deductible amount). CISV International also offers AON £15.000 basic travel insurance policy.
You can request individual AON travel medical insurance coverage in the AIM Registration Form. For 2010, the cost is £35. In case your NA has already requested AON basic travel insurance policy for its participants in 2010 international programmes then that applies to AIM participants as well. More Information on AON coverage can be found in Info File N-03.
All participants, irrespective of age, attending the AIM or IJBC must provide proof of valid health/accident insurance at registration. Without proof of coverage, you will automatically be invoiced for AON insurance coverage at the time of registration.
Neither CISV Germany nor CISV International is responsible for lost luggage/articles or for health/accident expenses of the participants.
A general insurance contribution (Public Liability) is charged for each participant in 2010 CISV international programmes/activities. It must be paid by each AIM or IJBC participant and will be invoiced to your NA directly by the IO. For those attending both AIM and IJBC the fee will only be charged once. Costs may vary (2010: 27), please check Info File C-10.
